Volkan started his career in Turkey's leading oilseed crushing and edible oil refining facility in 2012, where he worked as a specialist and manager respectively in import, purchasing and foreign trade departments for more than 7 years. Following this, he worked as a broker in the leading agricultural commodity brokerage companies in the sector for 4 years.
As of 2024, he continues his activities in the agricultural commodity trade sector as the co-founder of MedAgri Brokers.

Ahmet Semih started his career as a bulk cargo inspector in 2006, working for multinational inspection companies operating in Aliağa and Izmir ports.
